I would advise you to do up the basics like installing day and night curtain for the windows and sliding glass and the basic lights for the unit. Do not need to do fanciful ones, perhaps something that looks decent and neutral will do. For the remaining options, keep it open and allow tenants to discuss with you further. If washing machine and dryer as well as refrigerator is not included, perhaps it will also be good to provide as of now but do not need to rush into getting the latter items. If you are able to provide more information of your unit available, I maybe able to match it with a Korean tenant who will be flying in from UAE this Tuesday.
