my condo doesnt have 24/7 security, and my unit’s electricity keeps tripping. i am unable to rectify the issue within my unit and the main electrical panel is locked by the security. the condo management cannot be bothered to do anything abt it despite numerous complaints. what can i do if i dont even feel safe living in a property i just bought (new property less than a yr old)

Hi, well I guess you could only keep bugging and checking with the condo manager everyday till something is done.

I'm sorry to hear about your plight. Sometimes, it also important to look into the Management before you commit to a purchase.

There are a few alternatives you can look into. You can choose to rent out the place, and use the rental to rent another place for your own stay. Or you can choose to sell off the property, and use the proceeds to purchase another property.
