Are you planning the move based on 2018?

The locations for both schools are definitely quite far apart, and if we were to look at places which comes in between these 2 schools, the areas included can be considered the core central region where prices of units regardless of rent or sale will come at a premium, despite current market trend. We will really need to look into the financial aspects of your comfort level before proposing the possible projects.

I would reckon that if it is wiser for your older child to travel longer distance to school, it would be wiser to look into places like Tiong Bahru (e.g. Twin Regency).

Dear Sir/Mdm,

Given the location of the school, I would like to suggest condo along these 3 circle line MRT station:-
1) Botanic Garden
2) Farrer Road
3) Holland Village

RI is within walking distance to Bishan MRT and the 3 stations I mention is within 3 to 5 MRT station away. If you are driving, you can easily commute to Bishan via Lornie Road.

Crescent Girls School is within walking distance to Redhill MRT and the 3 stations I mentioned is within 4 to 6 MRT station away. If you are driving, you can easily commute to Tanglin via Evans Road.

RGS is also very near to the 3 MRT stations, probably less than 10 mins drive if there isn’t any traffic jam. RGS is just 3 bus stops away from Steven MRT station, where she can take the MRT and many buses along Bukit Timah Road to and fro home.

Hi

The 2 schools are approximately 3 km apart. You are likely to have 3 choices on the assumption that you have decided to move.

Given the scenario; 1) to stay nearer to Crescent Girls School, 2) stay nearer to Raffles Girls School, 3) Stay in between the distance of the 2 Schools.
