I highly recommend 2+1BR 850sf at Bartley Ridge, next to Bartley MRT Station for the following reasons:
1. This project is 95% SOLD and this is the last unit of its kind still available but not for long. It is slightly above your buyer’s price range at $1,024,800 but the potential return is much greater
2. Prices will usually increase for SOLD OUT projects just before TOP, so there is huge capital gain as you are paying only $1,206psf now. Some projects near MRT but further from the city are starting $1,400psf and above
3. Rental yield and demand will be high due to its good location next to MRT, near city and nearby future development
