My BTO will be completed in a year. I am looking to relocate to work abroad within the next few months. No confirmed duration, will be a few years till I return to live in Singapore.

What are my options with HDB? Am I able to delay key collection by any duration? Or will I be able to rent my flat out for few years till I return?
