Hi Apple,

Yes, you can keep your private condo after your marriage, provided both you do not buy any HDB flat, or brand new EC.

If you buy HDB, then both of you will need to sell your private within 6 months when you taken keys to your HDB.

So, go for private or resale EC, if you wants to keep your current private. Please feel free to drop me an email or call me directly for a non-obligation discussion, if you still have further questions. Alternatively, we can also meet up to discuss at your convenient time and place.

Thank you & Best Regards

Hi Apple,

You are in an enviable position for most of us to have the ability to own a private property each. As it is a private property, you are not subjected to sell any of the property after marriage.

Would you like to consider looking at any landed property after marriage? I have a very nice buy now.

Afternoon Apple,

There's no limit to how many private property an individual can own. Hence marriage should not be your primary consideration factor, unless both of you intend to get a HDB unit.
