My apt unit has an intercom unit, which controls the main auto gate and also the video. Visitor has to punch in the unit nos and via this intercom, I can see and activate the main gate.
My MA told me, the intercom in my unit is NOT common property, as it serves only ONE apt.
The main auto gate & system control is common property.
I find it absurb, as my intercom is part of a system which falls under common property.
Any comments from anyone?
