my 1 Yr rental lease is from 1 May 2021 to 30apr 2022. Tenants move in 3rd May 2pm. Is rental to be paid on every month by 2nd 2400 hrs or 3rd 2pm as insisted by tenants? On lease expiry Tenants must vacate by 2 May midnight or 3 May 2022 3pm? Tenant insist rent pay on 3rd every mth 2pm. Plse advise. Thank you

It will be depend on the clause on your Tenancy Agreement
