Afternoon,

Simple question: If you are a buyer, would you be happy to receive your unit from developer who have left all the unwanted renovation debris and materials for you to clear, at your own cost? It's definitely much easier for the sellers but is there anyone who's happy to clear other's leftover at their own cost, after paying a hefty sum for it?
