Thank you for your interest to join in this exciting industry.

I must say for a start, there is a new regulation that you are required to obtain your employers' approval to join in this industry as part timers.

To be honest with you, I believe that there is no best property agency for this industry, but rather which agency has the best system in place to complement your part time status.

With my team, I do have some opportunities for the both of you to work together therefore will it be convenient for me to arrange a meet up with you sometime early next week as I will be away for my company's retreat tonight until Sunday, to plan out strategies for the remaining 2012 and preparation for 2013. Yes, we are already planning for 2013.

I suggest that both take up the RES course first, pass the exams, then sit down to think which property agency is the best. Passing the exams to get the license is the 1st step.
