MOP for my EC will be around Oct 2011. Understand I could not buy a private property until MOP. Can I still keep my EC and buy another private property after MOP?

Afternoon Angel,

The simple answer to your question is YES. Do note on the amount that you will be granted, for the intended property. As that will determine the amount of cash that you need to come out with.
