Me and my wife are Singapore PR and we purchase HDB flat in Punggol in December 2010. We are wondering whether we can purchase private condominium without selling our current HDB flat?

Afternoon Ong,

As you have not fulfilled your MOP, based on your purchase date, you are not eligible to purchase private property till later date.
