me and my parents are the owner of 5 rooms flat, can we rent out one of the room if I am no longer stay in the flat? only my parents stay now and I want them to have some rental income. Or all owners need to stay in the flat to rent out the room?..

Hi, appreciate your sharing over PropertyGuru, yes for 3 room is able to rent out 1 room, 4 room above is able to rent out 2 rooms.

You should be able to rent out one of the rooms in your 5-room flat. There are however some minor policy considerations you need to work around.
