Me and my husband thinking to buy a condo cause only my husband is PR and I'm EP holder. And condo budget within 400k to 450k ? And what are the cash need to buy condo of this budget, wanna know everything which have to pay by cash including stamp fee, tax, etc? We have CPF amount 65k.Thanks a lot!

Downpayment of 20% (5% - Cash, 15% - Cash/CPF)
Stamp Duty: 3% - $5400 ($5400)
