Me and my husband are Singapore citizen and own a hdb flat from open market which under bank loan. We're paying the monthly installment by our CPF a/c.
If my husband sue by bank for bankruptcy, will my hdb flat seize by creditors ?

Afternoon,

Banks and creditors have no rights to foreclose your HDB units to settle off the debts which your husband owe if you are prompt on your monthly installment payment.
