me and my husband are PR and we are planing and eager to buy hdb , but we dont have savings to cash out yet. but as advice from our local friend there are loans offered to cover the property amout and cash loans that i need and totally i wont cash out but then the interest would be high. does any one know where can we find a legal loan company like this or any recomendd agent? thanks.
