Hi Joey,

Before you make the purchase, it's always wise to get the letter of offer from your bank. I'm not too sure whether Soleil work on a progressive payment or a deferred payment scheme for the bank loan part.

The 15% has to be paid before legal completion. (approx 10 weeks) after exercising. It's hard for us to decide whether the loan of 1.5M is possible at $7.5k monthly income, you should get a better picture after consulting a banker.

i suggest you get a banker to get a in principle loan approval first .
