Dual-key units are ideal if you have live with in a multi-generational family setting or have plans to rent out another unit for rental income.

However, because of their large sizes, it may be difficult to sell. They also come with a higher per sq ft price.

It is not entirely true. It depends on your type of dual-key unit. I have a Buyer looking at dual-keys unit, preferably a 3+1 configuration.

If your dual-key unit is a 1+1 configuration, then I would say you will probably need to target investors, as such a unit would not be suitable for people with families looking for own stay.
