Rental for a 4-room flat within walking distance to the Bukit Batok
MRT ranges between 2.4-2.8K depending on several criterial:
1) Age of the flat
2) Condition of the house - ie is it renovated or is original or well kept condition
3) Will it be fully or partial furnished?
4) Is there aircon?
Based on the recent transacted from Streetsine report, a 4room Blk 106 Bukit , area 104sqm flat was rented at $2500 in July 2012.
Having said that, we got to check if the flat have met the MOP
and also you need to get the subletting approval from HDB town council
Just to share, we have recently rented a 4rm HDB flat in Jurong that was not near the MRT at a premium $2700 & hope to assist you here too.
