Unfortunately no, only licensed realtors with paid subscription can put up advertisements on PropertyGuru. Otherwise, it will be developer or agencies with corporate account. I just renewed my account and paid over $21,000 for 12 months and topped up another close to $4,000 worth of advertising credits. Read More
