May I know if im currently owning my first HDB home can I apply for a new EC now? I first home is a resale flat bought in Aug 2010. understand I will have to stay in my current flat for 5 yrs before I can sell. But considering its a new EC which only be ready in 3-4 yrs down the road. Am I able to get an EC?
