1) Blk 691A very high floor, transacted $488k
2) Blk 691A low floor, transacted $466k
3) Blk 691B high floor ,transacted $496k valuation $455k COV $41k
4) Blk 690D high floor, transacted $495k valuation $480k COV $15k

For Executive, the latest transaction is at Blk 690B at $520k.

For rental, you should be getting about $2.1k to $2.4k for 5 rooms and $2.5k to $2.8k for executive.
