For foreign nationals with a valid Work Pass or Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) in Singapore, it's mandatory to inform the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) of any change in your residential address within 14 days of moving. This includes renting a studio in a condo. Updating your address with the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) is also necessary for foreign nationals, as they use this information to track your stay in Singapore. So, both MOM and ICA need to be informed of any change in your address.
