Married couple moving to Singapore for work-in Feb/Jan 2011, we're looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom, condo for 4K or under.

Prefer around 1300 sq feet and either near West Coast Park (district 5) or district 10. Won't have vehicle and must rely on public transport. (Can't be stuck out in the 'boonies').

The Condo doesn't need to be a new building but must be completely renovated if older building.

Is this doable? Any suggestions?

Hi, I have a condo unit available at available for rent at $3200 along the EAST MRT line. Let me know if you r keen. its walking dist to MRT.
