Looking to rent out 2 common bedrooms in a HDB flat, but was told by an agent recommended to me that the rental market is not good at the moment. Is it true that i am unable to rent out the rooms at the moment ?

Information on rental unit :
- 2 common bedrooms, furnished with bed, wardrobe and small table
- Light cooking allowed
- Shared Bathroom/toilet
- Shared common space (Living room / Kitchen)
- Elderly landlord will be living in the apartment with a helper
- Near Hougang MRT

These 2 rooms were previously rented out for 4 years, but tenants have returned to their home countries, so landlord is looking to find new tenants.
