Would a well-kept Original 1975 condition at Simpang Bedok area (Nearest MRT is Tanah Merah MRT 2 bustops away) ok for you, your sis and your dog?

Air-conditioned room and bathroom is on 2nd floor.
Huge garden for your dog to pounce around in this 6800sqft corner terrace. Jogging track link to Bedok Reservoir just beside too.
