I focus in the placement of incoming tenants into their rental units here in Singapore. So far, most landlords I have came across has no qualms about allowing dogs to come along with the tenants with the exception of very minority of landlords whose main concerns are cleanliness of the pets as well as how trained are the pets so as not to mess up the apartment especially the expensive furniture.
