Looking to buy a property with these attributes:
1. <70m²
2. <800k (open to both HDBs/condos if available)
3. MUST have full height windows without middle panel blocking view and either facing sea or woods area with FULL privacy
4. MUST have unblocked view
5. NOT important for it to be near mrt/bus station (quiet area is good)
6. Penthouse design is a plus, but not mandatory
7. Plenty of natural & indirect light coming into the house
8. No awkward pillars / space-efficient layout
9. Good chance for capital appreciation 10-20 years later
10. Competitively priced within the entire neighborhood
