Looking to buy a proper one bedroom freehold unit (not in a mixed development) in district 15 with a budget of up to $600k for 400sqft and above. As I am buying for rental yield, it is difficult for me to look beyond the budget of $600k as I would be incurring ABSD of 10%. 600K exclude the stamp duty and ABSD is still possible.
