Hi Dr Lim,
You may have to increase your budget substantially for a 2000 SQFT unit. Even a 1700+ SQFT unit may not be available in your $6K. If you are fixated on this condo, you may wish to settle for a smaller sized unit and I can try to negotiate for your budget. That would itself be an uphill challenge however I am familiar with d'leedon and its caveats. If not, we can scout for nearby developments with a good size within your budget.
