Looking for a 3 bedroom condo in Centris between 1250-1300 sqft price around 1.1M

Hi Mary,
It is not possible to get a 3-BRs at The Centris for $1.10M. Size of 1259 sq. ft., if at $1.10M is only $873psf. No owners will want to sell.
Considering The Centris is situated with convenient location, with MRT, bus-interchange and Jurong Point shopping mall together, it is unlikely to get at below $1000psf range.
I have a very nice unit on the #14, premium block with direct link to bus-interchange/MRT and mall, asking $1.45M nego. If you want to take a look, please contact me, as I will be there this Sun 11/4 between 5pm to 6pm.
