Hi Mr Ng, I believe genuine sellers will not sell at the price you are looking to purchase. Those sellers who would sell at that price will be desperate sellers, as selling at the price would simply make no sense to them financially as after paying out 2% commissions to salesperson for selling, they have also the discharge fees to pay for bank loans, as well as legal fees and other miscellaneous fees to pay for, the sellers would virtually have nothing much left for next venture. You may wish to review on the pricing criteria you have set out. There is no doubt that market has soften recently but it has definitely not crashed.
