looking for 3br units abt 110sq for $700+ psf.

Hi,
Since Leicester lodge has only 16 units. It would not be easy to look for units that are for sale.
Although 700+ psf can be considered as fair market value, the 3 br units for sale now in the market are asking for 800+.
