Good morning,

There is no official announcement on exact details, but the authorities did announce that the whole Kallang Riverside area could be sold to a "Master Developer" who will develop the whole Kallang Riverside area. It may happen in the near term as this is one of the areas that they like to develop soon. More details at

Whether a new high rise will be developed and obstruct the view remains uncertain. May I know your objectives? May I also have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

There is every chance that the "blocking" might happen.

And the prices for this particular project are what we typically call "future prices".. My own personal opinion: do Seriously consider plan B from now on..

Why do I say so? Much as you will be concerned with your view being blocked, what makes you think that the next buyer that comes along will not?
