Tenants profile of the locality are usually professionals working in CBP and Indian nationals form majority of the community here. The foreseeable limitations I would see is that usually they do not prefer ground floor units therefore this could potentially be a major obstacle to rent out your unit fast. Putting aside the conditions of your property as well as furnishing options, you should be commanding at least $2.8k for a bare and original unit. This is just a very vague figure as mentioned therefore having a look at the property will give you a better idea on your positioning in terms of commanding rent.
