I believe you are referring office cum home. While it is not illegal for you to conduct business from home under 'small scale business schemes', URA planning normally does not allow for a property to used as both an office/commercial and residence at the same time. A residential tenant have to register URA to conduct small business (immediate approval given) but have to adhere to strict rules for their businesses.
