lease takeover for an upcoming place in march 2022
hey guys so we signed a one year lease with a place
that we have not viewed in person. for march 2022-2023
we went and view the place today and unfortunately it is not what we expected, the place is run down and small and has no good sunlights. and we do not like the place.
are we able to find someone else to take over the lease since it’s only jan now. and if so, what are some costs that will be associated in the event that someone else decides to take the lease over in march.
