Congratulations as you are another step closer to your property goals! A rough estimate will be at least another 6 months as the Developer needs to clear with the relevant authorities (BCA, URA etc.) on various issues and inspection. This sometimes varies depending on the complexity of the project design and might be longer.

To help with your question, It could be 6-8 months from now. However, it depends on whether approval has been granted for TOP. This is to ensure that the development is safe for occupation.
