Latest sale transaction for a 915sf mid floor 2bedroom at Central Green condo at Tiong Bahru was on late August 2013 last year. It transacted at 1.3mil.
Are you only considering this project? There a few comparable units asking between 1.33 to 1.4mil at the moment. Central Green is highly desired due to its locality, prices in the project are resilient.
