Landlord GAVE ACCESS to his Proxy to enter my unit WITHOUT prior notification and in my absence. TA requirements outstanding had to be chased repeatedly during 3weeks' stay and till now, still outstanding and differ from Representation made during viewing sessions. Seriously considering terminating lease- breach of contract by LL by giving access(Lack of Safety) & not fulfilling TA requirements within 1st 30days grace period.
