Landlord deducts from the Rental Deposit. Deduction Amount $4,250. Last rental agreement is 2 years. Landlord Agent says it is a new rental agreement, but Small Claim Court says that because I have been renting there for more than 2 years (9 years), so not covered by them. Got kicked out. any advise?
