For co broke case- A & B get 1 percent each
Offer to purchase states A (agent)- 1 % commission
Option to purchase only B( agent) is mentioned but says he will get the $x ( 2 percent commission- this amount will be split 1 % for A& 1% for B this document correct?

I am the buyer.
