Hi, it may or may not gets en bloc as nobody here could predict. But given the land size of the development of The Mayfair, there could be a high potential in the years to come.

There is no guarantee when and whether a development will be en-bloc. It will depends largely on whether developers see value in purchasing the land, redeveloping it, and then selling it. If they feel that they can make good profits, then the chances of en bloc will be greatly increased.
