I can sense you are a careful buyer with a matching budget on hand therefore you are weighting between the two choices. I have checked the two projects and they do have units available within that budget.

As always, I usually ask my client the same question when it comes to property purchase - homestay or investment. The answer will largely determine the choice.

While you are at this stage of deliberation, I urge you not to waste more time and consider speaking to a professional realtor for his advice on the projects? The market is moving...

I believe you should have already visited both showflats and looking for a professional opinion at this point of time. I am not a marketing agent for both projects therefore am providing my input on a neutral basis. As both projects are located within D19, where in terms of location, La Fiesta has a distinct advantage at least in the short future, with Compasspoint in its immediate vicinity. The presence of a bus interchange and MRT will beat Jewel hands down, since Jewel is right beside Buangkok MRT and only with a couple of local shops and amenities within the locality. It offers a higher demand in terms of future reselling plans or even rental demand. That is only from the demand point of view. If you are looking at the potential price increment point of view, it is likely that Jewel may have a slight edge as there is still plenty of grounds for development within the Buangkok MRT Station vicinity which may boost up the value in the short middle term.
