If you cancel your first appointment, this means withdrawing from purchase. Both agents can claim their service commission loss against you. The seller can also claim his loss in re-sell difference against you. However, if you have very valid and life threatening obstacle to proceed with the buy, speak with all agents and seller to gather their understanding to compromise to minimise their loss.
