Just wondering there any 2rooms condo avail in tampines area where the selling price is close to 700k? Need not be too high floors or too big size but at least above 5th storey. To be frank, i am still in the stage of saving up for the 20% downpayment so pls do not expect me to buy n pay up anytime soon.

Hi, to be frank, it is rather difficult for you to find a 2 bedroom unit given your budget. So you may want to consider new launch project instead.

Hi there, prices are sliding downwards now and it is a buyers market. There are some good buys around $750-$800K in D18, which are 2 bedroom units. Hence you can afford it now if you have your 20%. but I hope your TDSR is sufficient for the mortgage.
