Very much depends on the level of you unit. We maybe talking about on average of about $900psf for the asking price currently. With more information, I can check what is an indicative valuation the banks can give.
Are you looking to sell your unit in Livia? Instead of looking at the current market price, why not work the other way round? Establish you base selling price based on the investment objectives 1st before checking if it is feasible to achieve or not, as I believe it makes no sense to sell according to market price if investment objective cannot be met.
