Hi,

Buyer has to pay the option fee first before OTP (which clearly state the option amount and purchase amount) can be issued to them.

In this case I believe there is no binding document between you and buyer yet so no wrong incresing the selling price. Your buyer is agreeable or not that is a different story:)

Hi, yes seller has the right to either lower or increase the asking price as long as the contract is not signed yet. I believe you are referring to a HDB transaction right ?

As long as you have not accepted the option fee and issued the OTP to the Buyer, there is no binding contract, hence you have the right to increase your asking price.
