Just received my condo's AGM agenda for the upcoming AGM.
They are proposing a refundable deposit of $1000 for tenanted units which I find it very strange to penalize investors like myself who rent out the units, can any guru advise me if this is a normal practice or which authority can I check to verify if this is an acceptable practice under the MCST rules
