Just curious about the following:

Was looking to buy 1-bedroom unit at a "supposedly fully sold" project through sub-sale.

An agent told me she has about 50% of a 1-bedroom stack for sale by 1st-time buyers. But she quoted me wrong price so nothing further.

I personally checked each and every transaction since launch 5th Aug. But only 4 units of the quoted stack were transacted.

In such situation, is it possible the developer is still selling? Will I get a better deal if I approach the developer directly?
